Health Insurance:
- Group medical, including prescription card coverage, is provided by CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield.
- Medical insurance is the choice of a PPO plan or an Open Access HMO plan and InfoTek pays 100% of individual coverage.
- Effective date of hire for full-time employees with 30 hours or more per week.
Dental Insurance:
- Dental insurance is provided through Amerits Group.
- InfoTek pays the equivalent of 25% of individual coverage
- Effective date of hire for full-time employees with 30 hours or more per week.
Vision Insurance:
- Vision insurance is provided by CareFirst.
- InfoTek pays the equivalent of 25% of individual coverage.
- Effective first of the month following hire date for full-time employees with 30 hours or more per week.
401(K) Investment Plan
- No vesting schedule, employer match immediately
- Eligible first month after start date
- 4% Company Match on the first 4% of your biweekly contributions, must contribute 4%
- Active Participants who complete 1,000 hours and are employed on the last day of the plan year will be eligible for Discretionary Profit Sharing
Paid Leave:
- Paid time off is accrued each pay period.
- Employees will accrue 15 days of vacation with an additional day of vacation after each year of service. (1st year – 15 days; 2ndyear – 16 days, etc.)
- Employees will accrue 5 days of sick leave with an additional day after each year of service up to 10 days total.
- Employees will have 24 hours of inclement weather leave per year.
- Employees will earn 10 holidays per year; 6 permanent and 4 floating.

- Insurance provided by Lincoln Financial Group
- Up to $300,000 coverage per employee
- Employees can elect coverage up to two times their annual salary at 100% coverage by InfoTek
- Effective date of hire for full-time employees with 30 hours or more per week.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Plans:
- Both are 100% InfoTek funded
- Effective date of hire for employees with 30 hours or more per week
